  • What is the schedule? How long will I have to complete the program?
    The length of the Salesforce Developer Training program is 6 months long.
  • Is this program eligible for a 1098-T tax form?
    This is a continuing education, non-credit program that is not eligible for federal financial aid, and therefore we are not able to issue a 1098-T tax form.
  • Student's right to cancel.
    1. You have the right to cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligations and receive a full refund of any pre-paid tuition and fees, less any non-refundable fees, within a period of seventy-two (72) hours after signing this agreement. The 72-hour period does not include weekends or holidays. 2. Cancellation may occur when the students provide written notice of cancellation at the following email address: by email to info@salesforcecollege.com 3. The written notice of cancellation is effective the day has been sent. If your payment date and notice date is the same, we cannot issue a refund. 4. After the 72-hour period, you may cancel this agreement, by written notice, at any time prior to the program start date. When cancellation is requested under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all pre-paid tuition. Enrollment fee is not refundable.

  • What is the refund policy?
    We offer best refund policy ever. Come join and try us for two weeks. If you are not satisfied, we're happy to issue refunds to anyone. Students who start a course and withdraw or are terminated will be subject to Salesforce Bootcamp’s refund policy and financially obligated for all or a portion of the program costs as follows: 1. A student who withdraws or is terminated from the program during the first 25% of the program is entitled to receive as a refund 75% of the program cost. 2. A student who withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 25% of the program but before completing 50% of the program is entitled to receive as a refund 50% of the program cost. 3. A student who withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 50% of the program but before completing 75% of the program is entitled to receive as a refund 25% of the program cost. 4. A student who withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 75% of the program is not entitled to a refund. The refund policy applies to all students regardless of payment method. All refunds are paid within 30 days of the determination of the withdrawal or termination date. If the student has a balance due after the application of the refund policy, the student’s payments will continue as scheduled until the balance is paid.

    1. Enrollment Agreement Language Salesforce College conducts all of its courses in English. If English is not the student’s primary language, and the student is unable to understand the terms and conditions of the enrollment agreement, the student shall have the right to obtain a clear explanation of the terms and conditions and all cancellation and refund policies in his or her primary language. 2. Location: Attendance Link will be provided to each student. 3. Certificate of Completion: I understand I will be awarded a certificate of completion when I have completed all of the program requirements. A certificate will be awarded to a student who has fulfilled the course material & submitted and has approved a final project. All financial obligations for the course must be completed. 4. "NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION" The school does not guarantee the transferability of credits to another school, college, or university. Credits or coursework are not likely to transfer; any decision on the comparability, appropriateness and applicability of credit and whether credit should be accepted is the decision of the receiving institution. 5. Admissions Requirements: Student understands that he/she must attend or watch the Salesforce Bootcamp Intro Course as outlined in the Salesforce College Catalog prior to commencing the program. If Salesforce Bootcamp Intro Course assignments are incomplete, Salesforce College has the sole discretion to delay or cancel the student’s program enrollment. 6. Computer Hardware & Software Requirements: Student understands he/she must bring a laptop computer that meets the outline of the minimum requirements in the Salesforce College Catalog. Salesforce College does not provide computers or IT support beyond verifying the Students’ computer meets the minimum requirements. 7. Career Services: Career & Interview prep is provided. However, it is understood that Salesforce Bootcamp does not and cannot promise or guarantee neither employment nor level of income or wage rate to any Student. 8. Attendance: Student understands and acknowledges that the Courses offered at this Bootcamp is very intense and requires consistent attendance and dedication. Students who do not meet the attendance requirements of the program as defined in the Salesforce Bootcamp catalog will be dismissed. Students also understand that the expected out-of-class assignments’ commitment will be approximately 20 hours per week.
  • What is the Fullfillment Policy?
    All of our classes are delivered in online classes. We provide access to recordings after the classes are conducted with your instructor. All of our classes are Instructor led classes. Course materials are provided after the class.
  • Does the program cover the cost of the Salesforce Trailhead certification exam?
    Does the program cover the cost of the Salesforce Trailhead certification exam? This program doesn't cover the cost of the Saleforce Trailhead certification exam. But we will help you find the best discount vouchers available.
  • Will I earn a certificate?
    Yes, if you pass all courses in this program, you will receive a digital badge co-branded by the Salesforce College.

    You will have access to help you prepare your resume and other materials needed to apply for jobs provided by our coaches. In addition, you will be able to sign up for career coaching sessions and access tools and resources to help you find jobs, prepare for technical interviews, and track the progress of your job search.     What's included in the cost? Your tuition includes three comprehensive courses complete with interactive curriculum and assignments. You’ll also get access to labs where you can practice using Salesforce (no additional purchase or downloads required). You will also have access to helpdesk support available 7 days a week, an expert instructor who will provide timely individualized feedback, and career services to help you find your next opportunity after you finish the program.
  • What technology and devices do I need?
    All you need is a PC or Mac computer or laptop and stable internet connection. While you can complete the lessons on most devices including phones and tablets, labs and projects require a PC or Mac laptop or desktop computer. For that reason, you are not able to complete the course with only a phone, iPad/tablet, Chromebook, or Linux machine. If you have room for budget, extra monitors are also recommended.
  • Can I work full-time while enrolled in this program?
    Yes, the entire course experience is online and can be completed after the work hours. Hour classes are desgned after working hours as long as you work towards the deadlines set in each course. Our courses are designed for working professionals, students, and parents!
