CostRefund is a mobile app that helps Costco shoppers get money back when prices drop on items they already bought. Users scan or upload their Costco receipts, and the app automatically tracks price changes, sends alerts when an item becomes eligible for a price adjustment, and reminds them to claim the refund before the window closes.
