We strive to provide the best refund policy for our students. If you are not satisfied with your experience at Sfdify, we offer a two-week trial period where you can try our program. If you choose to withdraw within this trial period, we are happy to issue a refund.

 

For students who start a course and subsequently withdraw or are terminated, the following refund policy applies:

 

1. Withdrawal during the first 25% of the program: If a student withdraws or is terminated from the program during the first 25% of the program, they are entitled to receive a refund of 75% of the program cost.

 

2. Withdrawal after completing 25% but before completing 50% of the program: If a student withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 25% but before completing 50% of the program, they are entitled to receive a refund of 50% of the program cost.

 

3. Withdrawal after completing 50% but before completing 75% of the program: If a student withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 50% but before completing 75% of the program, they are entitled to receive a refund of 25% of the program cost.

 

4. Withdrawal after completing 75% of the program: If a student withdraws or is terminated from the program after completing 75% of the program, they are not entitled to a refund.

 

The refund policy applies to all students, regardless of the payment method used. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of determining the withdrawal or termination date. If a student has an outstanding balance after applying the refund policy, their scheduled payments will continue until the balance is fully paid.
