SFDIFYThis policy covers the SFDIFY website at www.sfdify.com, run by SFDIFY LLC in Naperville, Illinois (“SFDIFY”, “we”, “us”). Our products, such as MyCheck, Yolda, CostRefund, USTAXX, Segeo and MuChat, have their own sites and their own privacy policies. Software we build for clients is covered by our agreement with that client.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number, company (if you add it), the kind of project, and your message. When you email us, we receive your email and whatever you include.
- Consultation bookings. “Book a free consultation” opens Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The name, email and any notes you enter there go to Google Calendar and to us, so we can hold the call.
- Visit statistics. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. It records pages viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, and approximate country. We use it to see which pages are useful. It does not identify you.
- Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, including IP address, browser and the page requested, to run and protect the site.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and the site itself sets no cookies. If you open the booking calendar, Google may set its own cookies inside that window under Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and talk about your project.
- To keep records of our conversations with prospective and current clients.
- To understand which pages help visitors and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
Who helps us process it
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job listed:
- Vercel: website hosting and the contact form endpoint.
- Resend: delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Google Workspace: our email and calendar, including consultation bookings.
- Ahrefs: cookie-free website analytics.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related emails for as long as we need them to work with you and for normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@sfdify.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need to confirm it is you before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, you may have further rights under local law. We will honor them and will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiries to the people who need them. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or sensitive financial or health details through the contact form.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Pages here link to other websites, including our products, partners and the “Save to MyCheck” buttons on blog posts. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
